Muscovy in Dubrovno
The Twentieth International Festival “Dnieper Region Voices in Dubrovno” took place In the Vitebsk Region of the Republic of Belarus, between 28 – 30 June. Creative teams from Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland, Rumania, Slovakia, Turkey, and Estonia, together with those from various cities of the Republic of Belarus and Russia participated in the festival.

It will be attended by: Nikolai Bordyuzha, CSTO Secretary-General, Nikolai Rogozhkin, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and Commander-in-Chief of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, as well as by representatives of the administration of the ministries of internal affairs of the CSTO member-states.
