The Xll International special exhibition “Mass Media in Belarus” will take palace on April 28 - May 1 in Minsk.

This exhibition that became traditional will gather representatives of electronic and print media from all the regions of Belarus in National exhibition centre BelExpo. It is not the first year when guests from Russian Federation who will bring their printed matter as well take part in its work. One of the stands will tell about the Union State Mass Media. There will be presented Union state Broadcasting organization, Union newspapers, the journal, internet-portals as well as Union state information partners from Belarusian and Russian sides. During all the days over the Union state stand will work specialists, Union state Mass media and information partners representatives who will be glad to answer the questions of the visitors. Every day ring debates are planned to be held; Union Mass Media will present their information projects: TRO satellite channel, “Soyuz Time” internet-edition, the insert in the “7 days” newspaper – “Common house” as well as Union state information-analytical portal and “Soyuznoe Veche” newspaper.

Within the framework of the exhibition the third Belarusian informational forum under the topic of “Mass Media in the era of globalization. Topical aspects” will take place in National library of Belarus on April 29-30. P.P.Borodin, Union State Secretary, V.V.Rusakevich, Information Minister, A.N.Rubiniv, First deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, V.G.Garkun, First deputy Chairman of Executive Committee and Executive Secretary of CIS, V.P.Hrol and S.S.Schuhno, deputies Union state Secretary and Permanent Committee members will take part in the work of the forum.
