Remembering victims of World War I

Currently Russia and Belarus are solving an acute problem concerning the preservation of cemeteries in which soldiers killed during World War I are buried. There are many military cemeteries in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and Poland, where the Russian army fought from 1914 until 1918. Minsk provides an exemplary approach to restoring the Christian tradition for remembering the heroic deeds of our forefathers.
